Study and Intern Abroad

Students are encouraged to deepen their cultural knowledge and awareness and improve their proficiency in modern languages through study and internship in the countries where the languages are spoken.

The Office of International Programs offers study abroad opportunities in a variety of academic settings throughout the world. Each year, well over 500 students study outside the borders of the United States.

The Swearer Center specializes in experiential learning opportunities such as internships, fellowships, and service-oriented engagement, a variety of which require knowledge of additional languages.

CareerLAB offers internship programs in a variety of international destinations, such as Hong Kong, Sweden, and Israel.
