By hosting lectures, conversation tables, and other special events, the CLS DUG seeks to encourage an appreciation and deeper understanding of language and culture. The CLS DUG is run by undergraduate Language Ambassadors who usually have experience with two or more languages and bring unbridled enthusiasm to all things related to Languages@Brown. They run a variety of events centered around language learning -- quiz bowl, cabaret evenings, game nights, sporting competitions, scavenger hunts and outings.
